RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are FINAL. We will however exchange sizes if item(s) does not fit properly (Some restrictions apply, see below for details)
If your item is defective or you have received the incorrect item, please contact us for a replacement.
EXCHANGES or CREDIT (if applicable)
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The exchange must be requested within 10 days from order date by email. We will then provide the address to exchange.
Include a note in your exchange noting the new correct size that you would like.
You will be responsible for shipping your exchange back to us. Freethoughtify will cover the cost of shipping out your new size shirt back to you.
